Heat large pan over medium and add 1 TB butter to melt.
Add the kielbasa and shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the remaining butter and melt.
Sprinkle in the flour and Old Bay. Coat all the kielbasa and shrimp and cook for 1 minute.
Add in the chicken broth and still well to mix. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
For the grits. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil, and then add the grits and salt. This is a quick cook, so it should only take 5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and salt. Stir well and cook for 5-8 minutes. Add more broth if it becomes to thick, you want it to be a sauce like consistency.
To plate, scoop some of the grits into a bowl, and then cover with the shrimp and kielbasa. Sprinkle with a little green onion.
