  • Skins of 10 peaches after canning or making ice cream, etc.
  • 3 Cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 quart Water
  • 3-4 Lipton tea bags


  • Place peels in a pot with sugar and water. Heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain into a container. Place in the fridge to cool, while you wait for the tea.
  • Put ice tea packets in a glass container with a quart of water. Let sit in the sun for 4-6 hours during a hot day. You can always do this step the day before to make sure the tea is cold.
  • In a tall glass with ice, pour equal parts peach syrup and tea over the ice. Enjoy!
