Smoothies are an easy way to start the day. It's also a low carb, low calorie option that includes a ton of protein which will help stave off hunger. With my mocha smoothie, you get a boost of chocolate with your breakfast!
- 1 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 TB Maple syrup
- 1 TB Cocoa powder
- 2 TB Pecans chopped
- ½ Cup Coffee Strong, brewed the night before
- Add all ingredients to a blender and planned on high for 2 minutes.
