One of my favorite candy bars, Almond Joy, inspired this smoothie. It's creamy, chocolatey and has a hint of coconut. I tried to make the smoothie with coconut milk, but it just didn't have the same impact as the coconut extract, but feel free to play around with it.
Chocolate Coconut Almond Smoothie
- 1 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ TB Cocoa powder
- ¾ TB Caramel Sauce
- 1 ½ TB Almonds chopped
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- ½ T Coconut extract
- Add all ingredients to a blender and planned on high for 2 minutes.
