If you’ve read my recipes, you might pick up on the fact that I love sausage and peppers. It’s just one of my favorite combinations. Probably due to all the sausage and pepper subs I got while tailgating at OSU over the years. This recipe focuses on health a little more than that football classic, as it uses turkey kielbasa to cut fat and farro (a healthier grain.) I hope you enjoy!
