My red cabbage and carrot slaw is a bright and colorful side to any dish. The mayonnaise makes it creamy and the little bit of sugar gives the vegetables the little touch of sweetness they need. Using a food processor is an easy way to shred both the cabbage and carrots.

Ingredients
- 1 head Red cabbage
- 3 Carrots
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 4 TB Milk
- 4 T Sugar
- 1 T Salt
- 1 1/2 TB Vinegar
- 1/3 T Pepper
Instructions
- On a food processor, add the shredding attachment. Cut the cabbage into chunk and feed into the food processor.
- Add the carrots to the food processor to shred as well.
- Add the cabbage and carrots to a large bowl, then add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
