Red Cabbage Cole Slaw

posted in: Recipes 0

My red cabbage and carrot slaw is a bright and colorful side to any dish. The mayonnaise makes it creamy and the little bit of sugar gives the vegetables the little touch of sweetness they need. Using a food processor is an easy way to shred both the cabbage and carrots.
