My ranch recipe looks to cut back on some of the fat that is in ranch, and adds a ton of flavor. By roasting the garlic and using fresh herbs, the dressing is a lot more fresh than a traditional ranch. Also, by adding a little milk to the recipe, it makes it a little thinner, which is something that I always loved when my mom made ranch. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Fage 5% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup 1% Milk
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 T Olive Oil
- 1 TB Chives chopped
- 1 T Dill chopped
- 1/4 T Black pepper
- 1/4 T Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel garlic cloves and wrap them in tin foil with olive oil. Place on a small sheet pan (cookie sheet or cake pan) and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Put garlic with all other ingredients in your blender. Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.
