My Smooth and Rich Tzatziki Sauce

I love tzatziki sauce! It's something that I fell in love with during my time at Ohio State. There was a small Greek restaurant that I would go to all the time, and they always knew I wanted double tzatziki. This recipe is brings back those flavors, so I really hope you like it!

My Tzatziki

  • ½ Cucumber peeled and small dice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic roasted
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Grape seed oil


  • The recipe is very simple, just add the ingredients and mix to combine. That’s it, enjoy!!
