My peach mint chutney is an homage to summer flavor, near and far. It includes ingredients like: jalapenos and mint from my garden, local honey and peaches delivered from Georgia. The sweet and spicy kick you get from the chutney is a perfect compliment to most proteins, but the addition of mint makes it perfect for lamb.
