Making guacamole is a quick and easy task that can pump up any meal. Avocados are healthy when eaten in moderation, so this could be a good substitute for sour cream or cheese sauce. I hope you enjoy!
- 1 Avocado
- 3 T Lime juice
- 1 1/2 TB Sour cream
- 1/4 T Cumin
- 1/2 T Salt
- For the avocado, place on a cutting board and get a sharp knife. Run the knife lengthwise until you hit the core, guide your knife around the avocado, keeping contact with the core. Twist open. Remove the core then scoop the meat of the avocado into a bowl.
- Mash avocado with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
- There you go! Easy and fresh!
