Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 3 T Lime juice
- 1 1/2 TB Sour cream
- 1/4 T Cumin
- 1/2 T Salt
Instructions
- For the avocado, place on a cutting board and get a sharp knife. Run the knife lengthwise until you hit the core, guide your knife around the avocado, keeping contact with the core. Twist open. Remove the core then scoop the meat of the avocado into a bowl.
- Mash avocado with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
- There you go! Easy and fresh!
