Ever since I can remember, my mom had made frozen bananas dipped in chocolate. It was the ultimate summer time treat for me. This recipe turns that favorite treat into a meal! I use dark chocolate and maple syrup to help the MIND, and add in some peanuts to give a little crunch. You can leave them out, but I like to crunch through a smoothie. Yes, I'm a little odd, I am aware.

Ingredients
- 1 Banana ripe
- 3/4 Cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1/2 Tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Peanuts
- 1/2 Tablespoon Dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup Milk
Instructions
- Pretty easy recipe, add all the ingredient, blend and then enjoy! I love how rich and creamy this recipe is. If you want to take out the calories from the milk, substitute water (I usually do this half the time I make this smoothie and still love it)
