Pulled Pork Pizza

- 1 lb Pizza dough
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Leftover pulled pork
- 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Fontina cheese
- 1 T Sriracha
- 3 TB Mayo
Roll out your favorite pizza dough.
Cover with ½ cup of BBQ sauce.
Add the cheddar and fontina cheese.
Top with pulled pork. Put into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
The mayo is as simple as I can make it. Combine the siracha and mayo and mix. Done.
Once the pizza is done, pull it out and let sit for a few minutes, and then add the mayo. In order to spread evenly, I put the mayo in a snack-size zip-top baggie and then snip the very end of one of the corners. If you have a squeeze bottle, that will work as well.
