Pulled Pork Pizza

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Leftover pulled pork
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Fontina cheese
  • 1 T Sriracha
  • 3 TB Mayo


  • Roll out your favorite pizza dough.
  • Cover with ½ cup of BBQ sauce.
  • Add the cheddar and fontina cheese.
  • Top with pulled pork. Put into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • The mayo is as simple as I can make it. Combine the siracha and mayo and mix. Done.
  • Once the pizza is done, pull it out and let sit for a few minutes, and then add the mayo. In order to spread evenly, I put the mayo in a snack-size zip-top baggie and then snip the very end of one of the corners. If you have a squeeze bottle, that will work as well.
