I admit it, I'm a huge fan of the pumpkin spice movement. I look forward to that first pumpkin spice latte, which I get on the way to pick apples. I limit my Starbuck runs because of my heartburn, but I love those flavors. That's why I came up with this recipe, I want to enjoy the flavors of the fall, but limit the acid and calories (380 in my grande pumpkin spice latte!). Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 1 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Maple syrup real
- 1 Tablespoon Pecans
- 3/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin puree canned
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Mix all the ingredients in a lender and flip it on... Done!
