Tzatziki is a wonderful side to any Middle Eastern dish. I love it because it reminds me of ranch, just without the calories.
I especially love how it can cool down a spicy dish.
½ cucumber, peeled and small dice
½ tsp salt
3 gloves roasted garlic cloves
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon dill
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon grape seed oil
The recipe is very simple, just add the ingredients and mix to combine. That’s it, enjoy!!
